With a WSET Diploma in Wine and a WSET Level 3 in Spirits behind me, I’m a generalist at heart — focused on understanding production, style, and above all, taste.
My specialty is tasting technique: the fundamental understanding of a wine’s structure, and how to taste and put words to what we experience in the glass. A course that can surprise beginners and seasoned drinkers alike.
I have a soft spot for Danish wine and I also teach spirits — especially whisky, my main passion there.

Whisky is my great passion among spirits. It’s one of the most complex and fascinating spirits in the world. Every whisky is really a chain of decisions — the grain, the fermentation, the stills, the cask — and each one shapes the way it tastes. In my online Whisky School, I’ll show you not just what whisky is, but why it tastes the way it does.
